And Vasyl Shklyar, the father of the Ukrainian bestseller "Black Raven", who is always a welcome guest in Kamianets-Podilskyi, charged everyone present with the strong invincible spirit of the Ukrainian national idea.

The Lyceum library received wonderful books with the author's autograph as a gift, which can be read by anyone who comes here.

The novel "Black Raven" is a story about the struggle of Ukrainian rebels against the Soviet regime at the beginning of the 20th century. The main character is chieftain Black Raven - a brave man with crazy energy and innate luck. The warriors are ready to go into battle when Black Raven leads it.

The novel "Troscha" is about the UPA, about man's victory over circumstances and over himself. The author himself says that the book was written in order to show the world that Ukrainians have not come to terms with the regime and continue the struggle as before.
